Practice makes permanent :) Some things might be hard, but NEVER give up. If you have tried and you are getting frustrated have an adult write a note about the topic that was hard so help can be given the next day.
Typically homework is given Monday through Thursday night. The expectation of homework should be about fifty minutes each night is given. If there is light written work, then students can use their time to practice math facts or enjoy a good book. Students are expected to record their homework assignments in their agendas on a daily basis and to complete and submit their homework assignments when they are due. Completing this independent practice helps prepare them to review, discuss, and expand their knowledge about what we are learning as individuals and members of our class community.
